  • Our focus is entirely on skill development in every aspect of the game individually along with team concepts needed to perform and compete at the highest level, physically and mentally.  We recognize that it is very difficult to get the amount of repetitions needed to continually improve by practicing once a week, for a limited time with limited touches. To really get better and see improvement, the repetition and work needs to be put in continuously. Our coaches have both collegiate and high school experience.
