Prior to schedules being finalized, Coaches are given several days to request schedule changes. Once schedules are finalized teams are expected to play the games as scheduled.
Should a situation arise where your team isn’t able to participate in a scheduled game, we will make every attempt to reschedule your game at a mutually convenient date and time. However this isn’t always possible due to conflicts the other team may have and / or space availability.
If the request is made within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled game and CNR isn’t able to find another date and time to play the game, CNR will fill the game with another opponent and you will be charged for the game. It’s only fair that the other team is able to play their game as scheduled. In most cases, CNR is able to find another game for your team to play later in the season.
